Ask for a CodeRabbit review of your uncommitted changes. The agent returns findings by severity so you can address the most serious issues first, then request another review after making fixes.
Overview
CodeRabbit Skills gives your coding agent instructions for reviewing changes and working through review feedback. You request a review in natural language; the agent then runs the CodeRabbit CLI and presents findings by severity.
You can ask the agent to fix findings and review again. For feedback already on a pull request, autofix works through unresolved CodeRabbit comments and lets you review proposed fixes before applying them.
In Claude Code, Claude can select a relevant skill from your request, or you can invoke it directly as /coderabbit:code-review or /coderabbit:autofix. The plugin also provides subagents for running a review or preparing a read-only fix plan in a separate context.

Work through pull request feedback
Use autofix when your branch has an open pull request with unresolved CodeRabbit comments. It requires GitHub CLI authentication and lets you review and approve proposed fixes individually. The workflow includes a consolidated commit and a pull request summary comment, with a prompt before pushing changes upstream.

Prepare fixes in Claude Code
Install the CodeRabbit plugin from Install, then mention @agent-coderabbit:autofix in Claude Code. Work in a GitHub repository whose current branch has an open pull request reviewed by CodeRabbit, with GitHub CLI installed and authenticated.
The agent checks unresolved review threads against your local code and returns proposed diffs. It does not edit, commit, push or post comments. Continue with the autofix skill in the main conversation to review and approve changes.

Delegate a review in Claude Code
Install the CodeRabbit plugin from Install, then mention @agent-coderabbit:code-reviewer in Claude Code. Have the CodeRabbit CLI installed and authenticated in the environment where the review runs.
The agent reviews the selected changes in its own context and returns findings by severity with suggested fixes. Review requests send the selected code changes and necessary repository context to CodeRabbit.

Install
Install CodeRabbit once using the route for your AI tool. Claude Code, Cursor and Codex offer marketplace plugins; Gemini CLI uses a native extension, and Antigravity CLI can install the plugin directly from GitHub.
Claude Code
This installs the CodeRabbit plugin from Claude Code's official marketplace, including its review and autofix skills and subagents. For reviews, you also need the CodeRabbit CLI installed and authenticated in the environment where Claude Code runs; follow CodeRabbit's CLI setup and sign-in instructions. For an EU-hosted CodeRabbit account, use the EU sign-in option described there.

In a Claude Code session, update the marketplace, then open the CodeRabbit installation panel and choose the installation scope.

Follow the installation panel's reload instruction if one appears. Type
/and check that the CodeRabbit skills appear under the plugin's name.
This installs the native CodeRabbit plugin directly from GitHub for Antigravity CLI. It packages the code-review and autofix skills, both subagents and a review command that Antigravity converts to a skill during installation.
For reviews, install and authenticate the CodeRabbit CLI on your machine using CodeRabbit's Antigravity setup instructions. Use the EU sign-in option for an EU-hosted account. GitHub CLI authentication is needed only for pull request feedback.

If the code-review skill is not available in an existing Antigravity CLI conversation, start a new conversation to load it.
The CodeRabbit listing in the Cursor marketplace installs the Cursor plugin built from coderabbitai/cursor-plugin, with review skills, commands, a subagent and a post-review hook. This is a separate distribution from the portable skills package.
Open a Git repository in Cursor. CodeRabbit's marketplace guide requires Node.js 18 or newer for its post-review hook. Reviews also need the CodeRabbit CLI and a signed-in account; follow the Cursor first-use setup, including the EU sign-in option if your account is EU-hosted. GitHub CLI authentication is needed only for autofix.

In Cursor Agent chat, install the CodeRabbit plugin.

This pre-release extension installs from the repository's main branch. It includes the code-review and autofix skills, the /coderabbit:review command and both subagents. Keep --ref main in the installation command to select this native extension.
