callstackincubator agent-react-devtools
COMMUNITYLABSCO SUMMARY
It's a single npm package with a background daemon a coding agent talks to over the command line: get tree walks the component hierarchy, get component reads one node's props, state, and hooks, find searches by display name, and profile start / stop / slow catches which components re-render and why. Host elements like <div> are filtered out of tree output by default, and a wait subcommand lets an agent block on a connection or a component appearing instead of guessing when the app is ready.
This is for whoever is actually running the target React or React Native app during the session, not a passive reference skill — the daemon only sees the app after you run agent-react-devtools init (auto-detects Vite, Next.js, or CRA), add its Vite plugin, or import agent-react-devtools/connect as the first line of your entry file. React Native and Expo apps connect automatically once the daemon is running; nothing above works until that connection step is done, and profiling through agent-browser specifically requires headed mode because headless Chromium does not run the connect script.
READ THE FULL ANALYSIS
We have not verified its dependency class. The skill is filed unverified rather than ready, local_tool, or account_key — worth resolving yourself before assuming the install is either free or effortless, since the CLI is an added dependency on top of whatever instrumentation the target app needs.
The project's own README describes it as "in early development and considered experimental"; treat the command surface above as likely to change.

WHAT'S INSIDE
1 showing · 1 totalreact-devtools
The component inspector developers normally open in a browser, available as terminal commands instead — so an assistant can look inside a running React app and find what is slowing it down.
