spark-app-template is the whole package: an opinionated set of defaults for tech stack, design system, and code structure, meant to get a new web app, dashboard, or interactive interface running quickly behind a stated design philosophy. Everything else the readme promises for this repository, MCP servers, hooks, and "other extensibility tools", is marked "coming soon" and isn't here yet. The readme also lists plugins hosted in entirely separate repositories, GitHub's own Advanced Security plugin and Microsoft's Fabric skills and C++ language server plugins, as part of "this marketplace" — none of those live in this repository or count toward its own total.

This is for someone who wants GitHub's own opinionated starting point for a new web app and nothing more yet; the marketplace framing suggests a broader catalog is coming, but as of this check there is a single skill here, and it needs a local tool already in place rather than running on the prompt alone.
