LABSCO SUMMARY
learn-this is the package's unified entry point: it detects whether a URL is a YouTube video, article, or PDF, extracts it with youtube-transcript or article-extractor underneath, and immediately feeds the result into ship-learn-next to produce a five-rep action plan; each of those three also works as its own standalone skill. Two more are journaling and unsticking tools: session-log summarizes a conversation and appends it to a weekly markdown log, and unblock-action asks two or three questions to turn a vague task into one concrete next step. The seventh, scrum-sage, is unrelated to the rest — an agile-coaching persona grounded in Jeff Sutherland and Taiichi Ohno's writing, for sprint analysis and retrospectives rather than content or productivity.
This is for an individual knowledge worker who wants a personal pipeline from "found this online" to "did something about it" — a talk or blog post in, a dated action plan and a session log out. It has nothing for a team, and scrum-sage is a bonus persona bolted onto that pipeline rather than part of it, useful only to someone who also happens to want Scrum coaching from the same install.

Local tools for three of the seven. article-extractor and youtube-transcript both shell out to a separate installer the skill sets up on first use — yt-dlp for YouTube, and either reader-cli or Python's trafilatura for articles — and learn-this inherits that need since it wraps both underneath. The other four run on plain text already in the conversation.
A personal project, not the Tapestry product's own skills. The README's opening pitches Tapestry, GrowWithTapestry.com's "AI planning partner," to any reader who happens to be a startup founder — but the skills themselves are Michal Parkola's own, MIT-licensed and unofficial, and unconnected to that product beyond the shared name and the plug for it.

Scrum is the routine many teams use to plan their work in short sprints; this is a coach for it, reading the state of a sprint, naming what is slowing the team down, and suggesting what to try next.

Turns whatever you and the assistant just worked through into a few dated bullet points, added to this week's log file so none of it has to be remembered later.
ship-learn-next
Advice you have read or watched is worth nothing until you have done something with it, so this turns it into practice runs: one small thing to finish this week, then four or five that build on it.
unblock-action
Two or three questions to get a stuck task moving again: what exactly will exist once it is done, how much of that fits into today, and what the very first thing to open or write would be.
youtube-transcript
A YouTube video comes back as a text file you can read, search or quote from, with the repeated half-lines that captions are full of cleaned out.
