LABSCO SUMMARY
Most of what we can read is maintainer process: an issue-to-merged-PR pipeline (apm-issue-autopilot, apm-triage-panel, batch-bug-shepherd, shepherd-driver), review panels for pull requests and spec changes (apm-review-panel, apm-spec-guardian, apm-strategy), a documentation-sync suite that checks whether docs still match the code (docs-corpus-audit, docs-impact-classifier, docs-impact-architect, docs-impact-localizer, docs-sync), and release and code-quality skills (cut-release, supply-chain-security, auth, cli-logging-ux, devx-ux, python-architecture, pr-description-skill, oss-growth). If you are installing APM to manage your own project's agent dependencies, apm-usage is the one skill of the twenty-seven aimed at you; the rest assume you have write access to microsoft/apm and are shepherding its own issues, releases, and documentation.
