Adapt Workspace Q&A

by Adapt

One tool, ask_adapt, that answers questions inside your Adapt workspace with your own org membership.

Summary
A single-tool server is a bet that the model should not have to learn your schema.

Most vendors expose a tool per resource and hand the agent a map. Adapt hands it a door: one question, resolved server-side. That keeps context cost near zero and makes the connection trivial to explain, at the price of any control over how the question is interpreted. The security posture is the sentence worth reading twice — the agent acts as you, inside your org membership, and organisation policy restrictions apply identically over MCP, so connecting does not widen anyone's reach.

What it is

Adapt's own endpoint, in beta. The whole surface is a single tool: you ask, and it answers from what your account can already reach on the platform.

What you get

ask_adapt — a natural-language question against the workspace. There is no tool per resource; the server resolves the request on its side.

Requirements

An Adapt account and browser approval — the client discovers the authorization server and you approve there. The platform is credit-based with a $0 tier, $25 of free credits for everyone and up to $300 for work domains.

Setup effort

Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
