ProPresenter 7 MCP Server

by alxpark

Run a live ProPresenter 7 service from an agent: advance cues, start and adjust timers, put a message on the stage screens and switch the audience look.

Slide & Presentation GenerationVerified
Summary
The whole ProPresenter control surface, with nothing sitting between the agent and the desk.

The tool list tracks the application's own endpoints closely enough that an agent can run a service end to end — cue advance, timers, stage messages, audience looks, capture start and stop — without anyone touching the machine. That fidelity has a price: the whole tool list rides in the model's context on every turn, and the naming distinguishes active, focused and UUID-addressed presentations, a distinction the agent has to keep straight or it will trigger the wrong thing. What it creates is limited to playlists, messages and prop collections; presentations, themes, masks and looks come from a library that already exists.

What it is

A control surface for a running ProPresenter 7 machine, exposing its presentation, playlist, announcement, audio, stage, timer and transport endpoints as 177 tools.

What you get
  • Advance the service: trigger the next or previous cue in the active, focused or a UUID-addressed presentation, jump to a cue index, or fire a slide group.
  • Run playlists from either side of the desk — focus or trigger the active playlist, step item by item, create playlists and rewrite their contents.
  • Drive announcements and audio as their own layers, each with separate focus, trigger and timeline controls, plus play, pause, skip and seek over any layer.
  • Read what is on air: focused and active presentation, current slide index, layer status, screen status, chord chart and the live audience look.
  • Work the clock: start, stop, reset or increment a timer, operate every timer at once, and read the video countdown and the system time.
  • Put text in front of people: create, update and trigger messages with token values, and show or hide a stage message.
  • Fire props, macros, clear groups and audience looks, and pull thumbnails for playlist items, props, masks, stage layouts and theme slides.
  • Start and stop capture, read its settings and available encodings, and set the configuration of audience and stage screens.
