Choosing the tool list yourself is the least-privilege model most vendors only talk about.
Zoho makes you assemble the server: if the agent has no business drafting emails, that tool is not on it, and no prompt can reach it. The cost is that there is no address to copy in advance — the URL exists only after you have made those choices — and that the two authorisation modes have very different blast radii. Super Admin connections are convenient and shared; on-demand is per person.
What it is
Zoho's MCP portal mints a server URL for your Bigin account. The tool set is not fixed by the vendor — you choose it in the portal when you create the server, and there is no public address.

Requirements
Create the server at mcp.zoho.com, select Bigin, add the tools, then copy the generated URL from the Connect page and authorise your Bigin account from the client. Authorisation is either per-user on demand, or centrally through a Super Admin connection.

Requires
OAuth — either per-user Authorization on Demand, or a Super Admin managing the OAuth token through a Connection
INSTALLATION
Connect your client
The endpoint is generated per account at mcp.zoho.com, so there is no shared URL to copy.
Server setup
Create a server at mcp.zoho.com and pick Bigin as the service.
Under Add Tools, tick the Bigin tools you want this server to expose.
Copy the generated MCP Server URL from the Connect page.
Add that URL to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, Cursor or VS Code, then authorize your Bigin account.
