Built for checking codes against the date of service, it serves the FY2027 code sets, confirms a code was in effect on the encounter's date, and marks retired codes with the year they were retired.

What it is

A connector Anthropic built and runs at hcls.mcp.claude.com, which serves the ICD-10-CM diagnosis and ICD-10-PCS procedure code sets used in medical billing. It needs no sign-in and no key.
