Pulling one answer out of SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams at once is the point: Claude searches all four with your own permissions and summarizes what it finds.
What it is
A connector Anthropic runs for Claude that reaches SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams through your own Microsoft 365 account. All access is delegated: Claude can read or change only what your account already can. It is available on every Claude plan, from Free to Enterprise.
What you get
- Documents searched and analyzed across SharePoint sites and OneDrive libraries
- Email threads searched, including archived mail

- With write actions turned on by an admin: mail sent and drafted, and calendar events created or changed

Requirements
A work or school Microsoft account (personal outlook.com, hotmail.com and live.com accounts cannot connect). A Microsoft Entra Global Administrator must first grant consent for your organization. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner or Primary Owner also adds the connector before members connect. Drafts it creates cannot carry attachments, and emails it sends are marked as sent by an agent.
