Most hosted entries here have to be discovered by reading a docs page. Cloodot puts a machine-readable card at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json, which is how this is supposed to work — a client can find the server and its metadata without a human transcribing anything. On the tool surface we can only report their number, since nothing lists without an account.
