This repository contains the public manifest, license, trademark notice, and install instructions for the Demand Discovery AI™ Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.
The server itself is hosted, stateless, and free to use with no API key or signup. Source code for the server is proprietary and not published.
What it does
Demand Discovery AI™ is a sales-agent MCP server that answers founder questions about:
- Validating a startup idea with real demand signals (not opinions or surveys)
- Finding real ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) to talk to
- Customer-interview techniques, pre-sales, and outreach
- Market signals, defensibility, and the Build / Pivot / Kill verdict™
- What to build with AI in 2026
- Kicking off a free Market Research Report for any idea, directly from chat
It exposes 7 tools — Q&A, framework explanation, product details, signal explanation, approach comparison, data-source bucket overview, and report kickoff (the conversion action).
How it works
- Install the MCP server in your AI client (one-time, 30 seconds).
- Ask any validation question — "Is my idea good?" / "How do I find prospects?" / "What's the strongest demand signal?"
- Kick off a report when you're ready — say "start a demand report for my idea about X" and the agent returns a deep link to the free Market Research step on demanddiscovery.ai.

Manifest
