Document360 Knowledge Base

by Document360

Seven read tools and ten writes over a knowledge base — including publish, unpublish and workflow status — all bound by your own RBAC.

Summary
Unpublish existing alongside publish is what makes agent-driven documentation reversible.

Publishing tools are common; the ability to take something back is not. Having both, plus workflow status with assignees, means an agent can move a draft through the same review process a person would rather than jumping straight to live. Article creation requiring confirmation is the other sensible brake. The constraint to check first is plan: Document360 says MCP availability depends on your project configuration and plan, and the tiers are not on their pricing page.

What it is

Document360's endpoint, with regional variants. Seventeen tools split cleanly: seven for search and retrieval, ten that change things, with article creation requiring an explicit confirmation.

What you get
  • Search across the knowledge base semantically, over all project versions or one
  • Get an article by id or URL, in any language, published or draft; get categories and the full category tree
  • Project versions, workflow statuses and assignable users
  • Create and update articles and categories, update page-category content
  • Publish and unpublish, for both articles and page categories
  • Set workflow status with a due date, comment and assignees
Requirements

OAuth through identity.document360.io, scope mcp. Every operation is bound by the authenticated user's RBAC, and availability depends on your project configuration and plan.

Setup effort

Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
