Unpublish existing alongside publish is what makes agent-driven documentation reversible.

Publishing tools are common; the ability to take something back is not. Having both, plus workflow status with assignees, means an agent can move a draft through the same review process a person would rather than jumping straight to live. Article creation requiring confirmation is the other sensible brake. The constraint to check first is plan: Document360 says MCP availability depends on your project configuration and plan, and the tiers are not on their pricing page.

  • Get an article by id or URL, in any language, published or draft; get categories and the full category tree
  • Project versions, workflow statuses and assignable users
  • Create and update articles and categories, update page-category content

  • Set workflow status with a due date, comment and assignees

Requirements

OAuth through identity.document360.io, scope mcp. Every operation is bound by the authenticated user's RBAC, and availability depends on your project configuration and plan.
