Deal and account briefs built from your team's calls and emails.
It suits deal reviews and account handovers: one question returns what is blocking a deal, who is worried and what was agreed, and on request each answer links to the calls and emails behind it.
What it is
Gong's own server that lets an AI assistant query Gong. Gong reads the calls and emails linked to an account, deal or contact and sends back an AI-written answer or summary. You get the insight, not the transcripts or message bodies. It only reads: nothing changes in Gong or your CRM, and private calls are left out.
What you get
- Answers to one question about an account: objections, risks, stakeholder concerns, competitor mentions
- Answers to one question about a deal: what is blocking it, risks and agreed next steps
- A brief on an account, deal or contact, organized into key themes, stakeholders, risks and next steps
- Links to the calls and emails behind an answer, when you ask for sources
Requirements
A paid Gong seat; collaborator seats cannot use it. A Gong tech admin first creates the integration in Gong's Admin center, after which you sign in to Gong from your AI client. Each request uses Gong credits, more for longer date ranges, broader questions and briefs with more sections.
Setup effort
Admin enables it, then paste and authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
