Guesty MCP Server

by Guesty ↗

Guesty's own server, in beta: your assistant looks up and summarizes reservations, properties, guests and finances in your Guesty account, and changes nothing.

Answers from your live Guesty data, without the manual lookups.

It suits anyone running properties on Guesty who wants an assistant to answer questions about bookings, listings, guests, owners or money. It only reads; if you want the assistant to make changes too, DLJRealty's Guesty Write-Capable MCP Server is a separate, independent server that can create reservations, update listings and prices, and message guests.

What it is

Guesty's own MCP server for its property-management API. It runs on your computer through npx, which is the setup Guesty recommends, or your assistant connects to Guesty's hosted address instead. Either way it uses your Guesty API credentials and sees only what your account is allowed to.

What you get

  • Reservations searched by confirmation code, status, listing, booking channel or dates, with their quotes, logs and reports
  • Properties in detail: address, amenities, house rules, room arrangements, photos, marketing text per channel, complexes and combo listings
  • Calendars: daily availability and pricing for one listing or many, plus imported and exported calendars
  • Guests and their payment methods; inbox conversations with their messages and saved replies
  • Owners: their properties, owner reservations, documents and payout methods
  • Money: accounting journal entries, expenses, folios and vendors; fees and taxes; Guesty Pay transactions and reconciliation
  • Revenue settings: rate plans, rate strategies and promotions
  • Channels and reviews: Airbnb resolutions and listing expectations, channel commissions, reviews and listing scores
  • Operations tasks, and account setup: users and roles, custom fields, integrations, webhooks, saved views and brands

Requirements

A Guesty account with API access; your client ID and secret are under API access or integration settings in Guesty. Give the server both as CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET and it gets its own token each time it starts, or give it a token you request yourself as BEARER_TOKEN, which expires, typically after 24 hours. The local setup needs Node.js 20 or later.
