Bitrix24

by gunnit

Work a Bitrix24 CRM in words: leads, deals, contacts, companies and tasks, with pipeline filters and per-user performance reads.

CRM & Sales Pipeline
Summary
A CRM that answers in names, not IDs.

Past the usual create-and-list, it takes on the two things that make Bitrix24 reporting tedious: turning user IDs into people, and slicing deals by pipeline, stage or budget without building the filter by hand.

What it is

A Bitrix24 CRM client covering the four record types — leads, deals, contacts, companies — plus tasks, and adding the reads Bitrix24 makes fiddly: deals sliced by pipeline, stage or budget, records with user IDs already resolved to names, and per-user activity summaries.

What you get
  • Leads, deals, contacts, companies and tasks created, read and listed with filters
  • Deals filtered by pipeline, by stage or by budget, with the pipelines and stages listable first
  • Records returned with owner names in place of user IDs
  • Recent and date-ranged leads and companies pulled for a reporting period
  • Per-user performance summaries and comparisons, plus account-wide activity monitoring
  • One search across CRM entities, and checks on settings and permissions when a call comes back empty
Requirements

Node.js, and access to your own Bitrix24 instance — this is a third-party client, not Bitrix24's own. Rate limiting is built in to stay inside Bitrix24's API limits.
