The deadline and tax-rate tools carry an effective-from date and a source URL per entry, which is the difference between something you can quote and something you have to re-check. This is the public catalog only — it never touches a customer's books; a separate authenticated server does that.
What it is
A public, read-only server carrying HelloBooks' marketing-derived catalog: plans, integrations, per-country feature availability, compliance frameworks, statutory deadlines, tax rates, competitor positioning and published articles.

- list_tax_rates and lookup_tax_rate — statutory slabs by jurisdiction, with an effective-from date and a source, or one rate resolved by country and a free-text category
