Conflict resolution as a calendar capability is the one thing scheduling assistants have always needed.
Creating an event is easy; deciding what to do when it collides with three others is the work. Having that as a documented capability rather than something the model improvises is the difference between a useful scheduling agent and one that double-books people. Splitting mail and calendar into separate servers is also right — plenty of assistants should read a diary and never touch email.
What it is
Microsoft's Work IQ servers on the Outlook side, per tenant. Two servers appear in the Copilot Studio and Foundry catalogues: Work IQ Mail and Work IQ Calendar.

Server setup
In the Microsoft Entra admin center, open App registrations and select (or create with New registration) an application
On its Overview page, note the Application (client) ID and the Directory (tenant) ID
Under API permissions, add and consent to the Work IQ permission for each server you want — for example WorkIQ-MailServer for mail
Add a Mobile and desktop applications redirect URI:
