Summary
Conflict resolution as a calendar capability is the one thing scheduling assistants have always needed.
Creating an event is easy; deciding what to do when it collides with three others is the work. Having that as a documented capability rather than something the model improvises is the difference between a useful scheduling agent and one that double-books people. Splitting mail and calendar into separate servers is also right — plenty of assistants should read a diary and never touch email.
