Knowing a roof could generate a certain amount tells you nothing about whether to install, because the value of that generation is entirely the price of the electricity it displaces — and in Italy that is a published number that moves. Having PUN and ARERA figures in the same server as the satellite roof analysis means the two halves of the calculation are available together.
