A customer record that says something without saying where it learned it is a liability. Outlit separates facts from their sources and exposes both, so a claim can be traced. Putting access grant and revoke in the tool set is the other notable choice: an agent can manage who sees a customer, which is real authority — balanced by the deliberate exclusion of anything destructive or credential-related from the MCP surface.
