What it is
A UK property research service. A property resolves to its record — transaction history, asking price, attributes, EPC, tenure and charges; an area resolves to crime, schools with Ofsted ratings and census demographics; and the comparables search opens 50+ filterable fields for valuation work.
What you get
- UK areas found by name or postcode, and properties found by address
- An area's coordinates and area codes, its crime statistics and safety rating, its schools with Ofsted ratings, and its census demographics
- A property's basic details, or the full record: sale history with dates and amounts, current asking price, market status, type, beds, baths, floor area, construction age
- EPC energy ratings A-G with efficiency and potential scores
- Tenure and charges — freehold or leasehold, lease years remaining, service charges, ground rent

Requirements
A Propbar account on a Pro or Plus subscription: the endpoint refuses a client until it signs in over OAuth 2.1, which your client prompts for on first connect — there is no key to paste. Every answer comes from Propbar's hosted UK property database rather than from anything local. The server is listed in the MCP registry.
