The tool set spans the whole JustCall surface — voice, SMS, WhatsApp, contacts, campaigns, and analytics — so an agent can, for example, look up a contact, send an SMS, and check for the reply, or read the AI analysis of a finished call, all through one connector.
What it is
A remote MCP server that puts JustCall's telephony API behind tools, so an AI agent can place and manage calls, send messages, work contacts, and read analytics — turning a chatbot into something with a phone number.

Requirements
A JustCall account and its API key and secret; the server is a hosted endpoint you connect to over OAuth, so there is nothing to install.

Sending a message and catching the reply
send_sms delivers a text to a contact and check_sms_reply returns their most recent inbound reply, closing the loop in one exchange.

Reviewing what happened on a call
get_call_ai_analysis returns the transcript, summary, and insights for a call by id, so an agent can act on the content without listening.

Keeping a contact list current
create_contact and update_contact write to the CRM and update_contact_status moves someone onto a DND or blacklist.

Running an outbound campaign
create_campaign sets one up and import_salesdialer_contacts loads contacts in bulk, then get_sales_dialer_analytics reports how it performed.

67 tools named in the project's documentation. get_voice_agent_data is deprecated in favour of get_voice_agent_call. Whether a tool answers depends on your JustCall plan, since Sales Dialer, WhatsApp, AI Analysis and Voice Agents are separate products.

A JustCall API key and secret from the JustCall dashboard — you enter them on JustCall's own page when you connect, not as environment variables

In Claude Desktop press CMD + , to open Settings, go to the Connectors tab and click Add Custom Connector (or use https://claude.ai/settings/connectors on the web; ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Business/Enterprise users create it from Apps & Connectors with developer mode enabled)
Set the name to JustCall and the Remote Server Url to https://mcp.justcall.host/mcp
Click Connect on JustCall in the Connectors list — a JustCall page opens asking for API key and secret
Get your JustCall API Key & Secret from the JustCall dashboard (https://app.justcall.io/app/developersApiCredentials)
Enter the API key and Secret and press Continue; you are redirected back to the client
