Site24x7 via Zoho MCP

by Site24x7

Site24x7's monitoring APIs exposed through Zoho's platform, with a per-account server URL rather than a fixed endpoint.

Summary
Knowing this runs on Zoho's platform, not Site24x7's, is the thing that saves you an afternoon.

There is no mcp.site24x7.com — that hostname does not resolve, and searching for a Site24x7 endpoint leads nowhere. The integration is real, but you reach it by signing into Zoho and provisioning a server there. Zoho's platform is also built for autonomous operation rather than chat alone, which for monitoring means an agent could be reacting to alerts unattended. Decide deliberately whether that is what you want before scoping the server.

What it is

Site24x7 does not run its own endpoint. Its APIs are exposed as tools through Zoho MCP, the platform Zoho built to make its business apps agent-addressable — so the connection is a Zoho one that reaches Site24x7.

What you get

Site24x7's monitoring surface as tools: the IT operations work you would otherwise do through their console. Scope is configured per Zoho MCP server rather than being fixed by the integration.

Requirements
  • A Zoho sign-in — the vendor's own call to action goes through Zoho accounts
  • The server URL is per account; there is no public Site24x7 endpoint to point at
  • Documented clients are Claude, Cursor, Windsurf and VS Code
Setup effort

Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
