TextMine Document Vaults

by Textmine

Document vaults with reports, workflows, agents and alerts — their public API as a connection.

Document Conversion, PDF & Translation
Summary
Alerts and agents in the same surface as the vault is what makes this operational rather than a search box.

Contract and document intelligence is only useful if something happens when a clause matters — a renewal date approaching, a term appearing where it should not. Having alerts and agents configurable from the same connection that reads the vault means the watching can be set up in the same conversation where you noticed the problem. Note that document deletion is exposed here; the vault is the system of record for the documents themselves.

What it is

TextMine extracts structure from documents. The endpoint wraps their public API, so the whole platform is reachable rather than a search subset.

What you get
  • Vaults and documents — search, create, update, delete
  • Reports and report templates
  • Workflows and a workflow catalogue
  • Agents and alerts
  • Administration — team and vault user management, plus integration and provider connection status with file listings
Requirements

A bearer key or OAuth token. If your platform cannot set an Authorization header, they document a dedicated key header instead — a small accommodation that saves an integration.

Setup effort

Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
