Trello Boards

by Trello

Boards, lists and cards end to end, plus checklists, search, the Planner calendar and your Inbox.

Project & Task Management
Summary
Creating focus time and linking it to a card is the tool that changes a habit rather than saving a click.

The gap in every task system is between having a card and having actually blocked time to do it. A tool that books the time and ties it to the card closes that loop inside one sentence — "put two hours on Thursday against this" — and the calendar entry knows what it is for. The rest is a competent, complete Trello surface; this is the part that does something a board alone cannot. Authorising per workspace is worth using deliberately if you sit in several.

What it is

Trello's own endpoint, maintained by Atlassian. It covers the board model completely rather than exposing a read-only slice.

What you get
  • Boards, lists and cards — view, create, update, move, archive, complete, label
  • Checklist management inside cards
  • Keyword search across cards and boards
  • Planner — view calendar events, create focus time, link it to a card
  • Inbox cards, plus member and workspace information
Requirements

OAuth in the browser, where you choose which workspaces and what permissions to grant. Their listing offers one-click installs for the main clients.

Setup effort

Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
