What it is
Allo is a team phone system. The endpoint covers the conversation record, the outbound dialer and the AI receptionist that answers when nobody does.
What you get
- Conversations — list by contact, search calls and SMS by keyword, type, direction, tags and date, read one in full including its transcript, or fetch a batch
- Actions — send an SMS from one of your numbers, mark conversations read or archived, add and remove call tags

- Power Dialer — read the queue with per-entry call state, and append numbers to it

Requirements
An Allo API key in the Authorization header, created by an admin or owner. Claude.ai web and desktop, and Cursor with the Allo plugin (/add-plugin allo), sign you in to Allo instead and need no key. Access is included in every plan at no extra cost — an active workspace is all that is required.
