Every past client meeting, searchable by what was said.

Your firm's past client meetings become something Claude can draw on: what a client said about a goal, which topics never got a follow-up, what changed in their life this year.

What it is

Zocks' own hosted server that brings your firm's meeting intelligence into Claude. Zocks turns advisor-client conversations into summaries, client profiles, goals, life events and planning signals; this server lets Claude read them when you ask about a client. Claude writes the answer; Zocks supplies the meeting data behind it.

What you get

  • A client's motivators, concerns and goals across all past meetings
  • Everything discussed with a household on a topic over a period
  • Your most recent advisor meetings scored and evaluated
  • Financial planning gaps found for any household
  • Client sentiment and engagement tracked over time
  • Meeting transcripts scanned for compliance and suitability concerns
  • Referral opportunities found in client conversations
  • Discovery talk tracks and coaching material built from real advisor meetings

Requirements

  • An active Zocks account with access to the relevant meetings; it is included with your Zocks account.
  • Claude access must first be switched on in Zocks, and a Claude admin must add Zocks as a connector before each person connects their own account.
  • You sign in with your Zocks login and see only the meetings you can already see in Zocks.
  • By default Claude asks before each Zocks query; set the tools you use often to Always allow in the connector settings.
