The everyday paperwork of Zoho Books: invoices, expenses, payments.
Invoices are raised, expenses recorded and customer payments logged straight into your Zoho Books organization, and estimates, orders, customers and vendors can be looked up or updated the same way.
What it is
Zoho's ready-made Zoho Books connector for Claude, listed in Claude's connector directory. It links Claude to your Zoho Books organization so it can read your records and change them. It covers only the actions in its own tool list; for anything else, or for other AI tools, Zoho has you set up your own server in Zoho MCP.
What you get
- Invoices, estimates, sales orders and purchase orders listed, created, updated and deleted
- Expenses recorded, looked up, changed and deleted
- Customer payments recorded, looked up and updated
- Customers, vendors and items added, updated and looked up
- Tax rates managed, and your organizations and users looked up
Requirements
A Zoho Books account; you sign in to your Zoho Books organization and choose the region where it is hosted when you connect. Zoho asks you to get approval from your organization's admin before acting through it. It has no tools for reports, bank reconciliation or payment reminders, so do those in Zoho Books itself. It can delete records, so check what it is about to change before you approve it.
Setup effort
Admin enables it, then paste and authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
