A whole Zoho project built from one project plan.
Its value sits at both ends of a project: building phases, task lists and tasks from a plan at the start, and summarizing how it went, tied to the real tasks and owners, at the end.
What it is
Zoho's Zoho Projects connector for Claude. It links Claude to your Zoho Projects portal so it can read project data and create and update records from a chat. If you want a connector limited to the actions you choose, Zoho lets you build one yourself.
What you get
- Projects, phases, task lists and tasks read, created and updated
- Bugs logged and updated
- A whole project structure generated from a project plan, from phases down to subtasks
- Summaries of past projects tied to real tasks, owners and completion data
Requirements
A Zoho Projects portal; you sign in to your Zoho Projects organization when you connect. Zoho's guide has a portal admin switch on MCP Access (Portal Configuration, then AI Hub) and API access (Developer Space) first. Zoho asks you to get your organization admin's approval before acting through it.
Setup effort
Admin enables it, then paste and authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
