From a prompt to an editable Zoom Whiteboard.

The boards it makes are real Zoom Whiteboards your team can keep editing, from workshop plans to flowcharts and ER diagrams, not pictures that would have to be redrawn.

What it is

Zoom's own hosted server for Zoom Whiteboard. Your assistant can create fully editable whiteboards and diagrams from a prompt, and open, rename, lock, share or delete the boards you already have. It only reaches boards you can already access.

What you get

  • Workshop and planning boards created from a description
  • Boards built from brainstorm notes, meeting decisions or a strategy roadmap
  • Diagrams from simple flowcharts to technical class and ER diagrams
  • Everything it makes stays editable in Zoom Whiteboard
  • Existing whiteboards listed and their content read
  • Boards renamed, locked or unlocked
  • Collaborators added, changed or removed
  • Boards and their content deleted

Requirements

A Zoom account with admin or developer authorization. Before you can sign in from your AI tool, you create an app on the Zoom App Marketplace and give the tool that app's Client ID and Secret; the Install tab lists the steps. Usage counts against your Zoom account's API rate limits, which are shared with your other Zoom apps; Business, Enterprise, Education and Partner accounts get higher limits. It can delete whiteboards and their content, so name the exact board when you ask it to remove anything.
