Use when reviewing XcodeBuildMCP packaging, resource-root, build artifact, bundled AXe, schema, manifest, and portable macOS distribution changes.
🧰 Not standalone. This skill ships with getsentry/xcodebuildmcp and only works together with that tool — install the tool first, then add this skill.
This is the playbook your agent receives when the skill activates — you don't need to read it to use the skill, but it's here to audit before installing.

Guardrails
- Published package
filesincludes required runtime resources. - Portable package includes
build, manifests, bundled, skills, package.json, and production dependencies. - AXe binary/framework expectations remain verified.
- Wrapper scripts preserve
XCODEBUILDMCP_RESOURCE_ROOTandDYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH. - Schemas and manifests stay available in installed and portable layouts.
- Do not assume build outputs exist before
npm run build. - Avoid network-dependent packaging behavior without verification/checksums.
Validation
npm run build- Packaging-specific when touched:
