When a test fails, the first question is whether the agent got it wrong or the test did — this goes through the failures with you one at a time, settling that question and then naming the specific change that fixes each one.

WHEN TO USE

SCOPE

USE FOR

  • Work through a long list of 15 or more failing test cases to decide which to fix first.
  • Figure out whether a failing multi-turn conversation broke on one turn or throughout.
  • Get a specific fix, like rewriting a tool description, for a tool that keeps firing incorrectly.
  • Turn repeated production thumbs-down feedback into new regression test cases.
  • Decide whether a persistent failure is a real platform limitation worth escalating.

NOT FOR

  • Getting a quick, one-shot report from a single CSV — eval-result-interpreter is faster for that.
