Value a company
Use the financial-analysis plugin to compare trading multiples, build a discounted cash flow valuation, or populate an existing leveraged buyout or three-statement model template.
Financial services plugins help Claude draft valuation models, research reports, deal materials, and accounting work for professional review.
Claude for Financial Services is a marketplace of plugins for financial analysts, bankers, investment teams, and finance operations. The financial-analysis core provides modeling skills and financial data connectors; additional plugins cover research, transactions, private equity, and operational workflows. Add the marketplace, then install the plugins you need, each as a complete package.
Claude applies relevant skills automatically, while you start slash commands explicitly. Named agent plugins coordinate broader workflows and appear in Cowork dispatch after installation. The files can be adapted to your firm’s terminology, analysis methods, and presentation standards.
Use the financial-analysis plugin to compare trading multiples, build a discounted cash flow valuation, or populate an existing leveraged buyout or three-statement model template.
With the equity-research plugin, turn quarterly results into an earnings update, revise model assumptions, and track changes to the investment thesis.
Use the investment-banking plugin to draft a confidential information memorandum, create an anonymous teaser, identify potential buyers, and prepare bid instructions.
Compare an inbound deal with the fund’s criteria, organize diligence requests, and draft an investment committee memo using the private-equity plugin.
Use the fund-admin skills to compare general ledger and subledger records, trace discrepancies to source entries, and prepare an exception report for sign-off.
Use the operations skills to extract fields from an onboarding packet and evaluate them against your firm’s KYC and anti-money-laundering rules. Compliance staff make the onboarding decision.
These resources span separately installed plugins. Financial-analysis contains the core modeling skills; other workflow, partner, and agent plugins supply additional resources. The Office administration commands belong to the separate claude-for-msft-365-install plugin.
Skills are applied when relevant. Commands are started manually; each command’s Usage link opens its instructions. To use a named agent in Cowork, install its matching agent plugin from the marketplace, then select it in Cowork dispatch. Each agent below identifies its inputs and data connections.
