CLEATUS Government Contracts

by CLEATUS

Searches 4.5M federal and SLED contract opportunities, scores them against your capture profile, and runs the pursuit pipeline.

Summary
The privacy line is the strongest we have read on any entry here: prompts and tool-call arguments are not logged.

Government capture work involves telling a system what you intend to bid on, which is competitively sensitive in a way most SaaS data is not. CLEATUS states it logs the tool name, a hashed token id and success — not the arguments. That is a meaningful difference from 'we take security seriously'. On the product side, the dismiss and undismiss pair is the tell that recommendations actually learn: feedback is a tool, not a thumbs-up buried in a UI.

What it is

CLEATUS's endpoint for government contracting. Thirty-six tools spanning three jobs: finding opportunities, working them as pursuits, and the tasks around them.

What you get
  • search_opportunities — 4.5M+ federal and SLED opportunities filtered by NAICS, PSC, state and set-aside
  • get_recommendations — opportunities ranked against your entity's capture profile, with dismiss and undismiss feeding the scoring
  • get_opportunity — full detail: description, deadlines, set-asides, contacts, documents
  • search_market — semantic search across awards, agencies, contractors, people and NAICS
  • Pipeline: add_to_pipeline, search_pipeline, get_pursuit, update_pursuit for phase, tags, due date and archive
  • Tasks and saved searches, the latter with optional email alerts
Requirements

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, Clerk-backed with an entity picker at login, read and write scopes, and refresh rotation. Plans are annual: DATA at $39 per user per month, DATA + AI at $78 which adds the directory connectors.

Setup effort

Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
