Four property markets, one query surface.
Land, new builds, resale and developers each get a detail tool and a statistics tool, so the same question can be asked about one parcel or about a whole city without changing where you ask it.
What it is
A hosted query layer over CREIS property-market data. Eleven tools cover four markets — land auctions, new-build projects, resale housing, and developer land-buying and sales performance — each available as detail listings or as aggregated statistics.
What you get
- Land parcel listings with use type, area, plot ratio, floor price, buyer and premium rate, and the macro statistics behind them by city and period
- New-build project listings with developer, units and area sold, available stock and handover dates, plus cross-city aggregates by district, unit type and price band
- One project's own transaction structure, broken down by unit type, area band and price band
- Resale statistics — transactions, new and standing listings, average prices — and the full picture for a single development
- Developer land acquisition with parcels, area, spend, equity share and average premium, and their new-build sales performance beside it
- A single cross-cutting search for when you do not yet know which of the four markets holds the answer
Requirements
An APPID issued by CREIS, obtained by writing to creiskefu@fang.com and sent as a header on every call. The server is hosted, so there is nothing to install — but nothing works until the APPID is granted.
