Most form tools stop at collection. Here qualification and appointment booking are tools too, so a lead can travel from answer to calendar entry without a second integration in between.
What it is
Dashform's hosted MCP server at https://getaiform.com/api/mcp, over streamable HTTP. It creates and manages forms, funnels and quizzes, collects replies, qualifies leads with built-in AI, and searches a marketplace of merchants and services with booking on top.

Requirements
Nothing to install — add the endpoint URL to your client. Form management authenticates over OAuth with dynamic client registration, which clients such as Cursor complete for you; the endpoint asks for that sign-in before any tool, marketplace search included.
