Zoom Workplace

by Zoom

Zoom's hosted endpoint across meetings, chat, whiteboards and mail — provisioned through their AI app flow.

Calendars, Meetings & Scheduling
Summary
Calendar conflict analysis is the unglamorous tool that will get used most.

Summarising a meeting is what everyone demonstrates; working out that three of next week's meetings overlap and one of them should not exist is what saves time every week. Zoom is well placed for it because they hold the calendar and the meeting record together. The provisioning route is the practical hurdle — this is not a URL you paste, it arrives through their app connection flow, so expect the setup to run through whoever administers Zoom in your organisation.

What it is

Zoom runs a serverless hosted endpoint spanning their workplace products. The address and credentials are issued through the Zoom AI app connection flow rather than published.

What you get
  • Document and canvas summarisation
  • Chatbot automation
  • Meeting follow-up — emails, action items, whiteboard snapshots
  • Calendar conflict analysis
  • Search over an indexed clip transcript, and whiteboard insights
  • Email drafting and workspace management
Requirements

Follow their developer documentation: the endpoint and its authentication are handed out as part of connecting a Zoom AI app, so there is no public URL to point a client at.

Setup effort

Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
