From account brief to updated record in Common Room.
Go-to-market teams get both halves of account work, with briefs and call prep built from product, community and intent signals, and the activities, notes and segments that follow written back to the workspace.
What it is
A remote MCP server Common Room hosts at mcp.commonroom.io/mcp. It gives your AI assistant your Common Room workspace's data: product signals, community activity, intent data and contact enrichment. It both reads and writes.
What you get
- A brief on any company in your workspace: signals, engagement, CRM fields and key contacts
- A profile of a person looked up by name, email, LinkedIn handle or GitHub username
- Call prep: account signals, attendee profiles, talking points and likely objections
- Lists of accounts or contacts built from signals, company details and segments, including companies not yet in your workspace
- Outreach messages drafted from real engagement, such as product use or pricing-page visits
- Contacts and organizations created or updated without duplicates, plus activities, notes and segments added
Requirements
A Common Room instance and an account with access to it. You sign in with OAuth, and every write follows that account's own permissions. Common Room gives setup steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and GitHub Copilot in VS Code.
Setup effort
Paste a URL, then authorize — add the endpoint to your client, then approve the OAuth consent screen
