Portfolio Rebalance Review is an Anthropic skill for financial advisors reviewing a client account or household. Ask Claude for a portfolio review and name the subject. It brings together performance, allocation against an investment policy statement (IPS) or model, and potential adjustments for you to evaluate. You can request analysis only or a fuller review with model mapping, a draft rebalance plan and a rationale memo.
The review uses connected portfolio systems or holdings you upload or paste. Holdings are required; missing targets, cost basis or account history limit the comparisons and tax checks it can support. Connected portfolio analytics can add risk and stress-test results.
When performance or market movements prompt a portfolio check, compare current holdings with the account’s or household’s IPS or model. An analysis-only review gives you a drift report with performance, allocation differences and data-quality flags, without drafting trades.
When a client asks how rising rates or another shock could affect their holdings, connected portfolio analytics can supply stress-test impacts, volatility and risk drivers. You get platform-sourced results against the available reference, with deeper factor, thematic or concentration reads on request.
For a longer-term discussion, request the connected analytics platform’s wealth projection after its portfolio analytics have run. The review can add simulated percentile ranges from the platform’s assumptions, labelled as hypothetical rather than a forecast or a result the rebalance plan promises.
When reviewing a model assignment or considering a model you select, see which existing holdings match it, which are close substitutes and which have no counterpart. The mapping uses connected model data or a definition you supply; selecting the model and risk profile remains your decision.
