Handles Power Automate flows in bulk: publish and test a flow, switch off, delete or publish many at once, report an inventory across environments, flag flows that fail more than half their runs, and stop a flow that's flooding with queued runs.
WHEN TO USE
USE FOR
- Publish a flow and run it once to confirm it works.
- Switch off, delete or publish a batch of flows, with a result for each.
- Get an inventory of flows by state, trigger type and recent changes.
- Cancel every queued run of a misfiring flow and switch it off while you fix it.

Flow Lifecycle Manager
Autonomous agent for flow lifecycle operations: publish-and-test, batch operations, inventory reports.
Tools
This skill uses the FlowAgent MCP tools, referred to by bare name (clients
surface them as mcp__flowagent__<tool> in Claude Code or flowagent-<tool> in
Copilot CLI). Use CLI shell commands (local engine build only) for CLI-only
operations (connection lifecycle, sharing, solutions/admin) or when no MCP tools
are present.
Capabilities
1. Publish-and-Test Cycle

2. Batch Operations
For multiple flows (IDs from $ARGUMENTS or from list_flows):

3. Inventory Report

4. Health Check
For each flow in an environment:

5. Incident Response (runaway runs)
When a flow is misfiring with many queued runs:

cancel_all_runsto bulk-cancel every Running/Waiting run (uses the Dataverse bulk action for solution & modern non-solution flows, per-run fallback otherwise). PassturnOff: trueto also disable the flow while the root cause is fixed. - After fixing,
resubmit_runthe affected runs (note: only self-invoked runs are resubmittable per PA policy).

- 01Install with the power-automate plugin, for its FlowAgent server
Install it with Microsoft's power-automate plugin. Every step runs through the plugin's FlowAgent MCP server, which comes only with the plugin. The plugin sends usage data to Microsoft by default; /power-automate:telemetry off stops sending it.

Node.js 18 or newer and the Azure CLI signed in (az login). The first time, run the plugin's setup skill.
