Embedding a Zoom Virtual Agent chat in an iPhone app through WKWebView: loading the campaign page, injecting its settings, and registering handlers for the exit, common and support-handoff messages. It also covers where links open, in the app, in a Safari view or in the browser, and file downloads on iOS 14.5 and later.
WHEN TO USE

2 FOR YOUAll items below are required.
- 01Install with Zoom's plugin, not on its own
Install it as part of the Zoom plugin in Anthropic's Knowledge Work Plugins marketplace, not as a single copied folder. It sends your assistant to the plugin's main Virtual Agent guide and its Contact Center iOS guide, which a lone copy would not have.
- 02A Zoom Virtual Agent campaign
A Zoom Virtual Agent campaign whose page the app loads.
Install as a Claude Code plugin
Typed inside the agent's own prompt, not in a terminal. This skill uses files kept elsewhere in its plugin, so install the whole plugin — on its own the skill would be missing them.
